Good workout. We just got a decline bench so I wanted to do decline even though it wasn’t on the program, it’s been 5 years or so since I’ve done it.


Well it’s been a few months since I last posted. Had a lot going on, you know, getting married, going on a honeymoon, etc, etc.

Training has still happened but nothing too crazy. I’m enjoying my brand new reverse hyper, which I’m hoping will help strengthen my low back and help keep it healthy, but i’m not holding my breath….yet. Will probably ramp up training pretty soon, would like to do a raw competition this summer sometime. Will get back to posting soon I promise.
