Squat Week 2

Squat: 6@308.6/140, 325.2/147.5, 325.2/147.5, 325.2/147.5
Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 10@225/102.1, 225/102.1
Stir the Pots: 2×12/each way

Good workout, the squats were easy and smooth. The stiff legs gave my left glute a little twing so I stopped after two sets. I’m fairly certain that the glute might be the root of my problem and I’ve found some points that I’ve been working out, here’s hoping.

All we had time for, felt good though, still could have gotten another set on the 2boards.

Week 1 So far

Well, I really suck at this blogging thing now a days. I’ve just started my training cycle for worlds, nothing too crazy yet, just did some light sets. My squats weren’t so light, but they should have been 6×3@413.4/187.5 with a belt. Still sore today, had to push back todays squats.
