Rotator Cuff

Left shoulder is unhappy, I let that shoulder untuck in the shirt on friday and I’m feeling it today. However 170×5 is darn close to a PB anyway.

Belt Squat Week 6

Squat w/belt: 5@407.9/185, 424.4/192.5, 435.4/197.5
GHR x1 rep, hamstrings and calves cramped, that was enough
Reverse Hypers

Felt good, my back was a bit sore after saturdays squats but no problems today.
