Squats felt pretty good but bench felt a bit like garbage.

I was supposed to do a few more sets in the suit but my back felt funny on my last one so I decided to play it safe and stop there.

Squats felt good tonight, stayed on target for weight instead of going heavier though. Shoulders/biceps still bugging me on squats and benching.

Started Equipped Block 3 today, going to be hitting more gear real soon. The benches all felt okay today but my biceps were really bugging me, possibly from squatting yesterday.

My program only called for 290 but I felt good and I wanted to end this block off with a bang so I decided this morning I was going to go for 320, it’s a big milestone that I’ve never hit. Pretty pumped.

Good working, the top set of squats felt easy, which is always good at the end of a block. Tomorrow is heavy squat then starting a new block.

Deadlifts didn’t feel too hard today but I wasn’t feeling super great so wasn’t disappointed it wasn’t a heavy day.

Squats felt really good today, especially since I’m feeling just a little bit beat up. This will be the last week before I start to really get into the gear, excited for that but kind of dreading it at the same time.
