Needed to get the suit back on today even though everything was feeling heavy but i guess that’s exactly why I need to get it on. Really light with stiff legs, just don’t want to hurt myself on accessory work.
Squats felt pretty good but heavy since I really haven’t squat in two weeks now. Hopefully I’ll be good to knee wrap up Saturday.
Deadlifts were very light but just doing the movement today since I’m supposed to pull heavy tomorrow.
I missed my shirt bench last week cause of my back so decided to toss it on this week. Pulled the shirt down too much on the 270 and the touch was awful hard, had to relax the last inch then pressed a little crooked and my left foot slipped. Oh well just wanted the weight in my hands.
