Needed to get the suit back on today even though everything was feeling heavy but i guess that’s exactly why I need to get it on. Really light with stiff legs, just don’t want to hurt myself on accessory work.

Well first day back heavy, hitting my program numbers. Things felt good today so hopefully that means everything is back on track.

Squats felt pretty good but heavy since I really haven’t squat in two weeks now. Hopefully I’ll be good to knee wrap up Saturday.
Deadlifts were very light but just doing the movement today since I’m supposed to pull heavy tomorrow.

I missed my shirt bench last week cause of my back so decided to toss it on this week. Pulled the shirt down too much on the 270 and the touch was awful hard, had to relax the last inch then pressed a little crooked and my left foot slipped. Oh well just wanted the weight in my hands.

Obviously a very light squat today, but I’m just happy to be squatting. Here’s hoping this continues and I can go a bit heavier Monday.

Light bench workout. My back still isn’t feeling right so being cautious.

Update 2

On Monday I tweaked my back again just moving wrong. Going to keep benching and some other accessory work but no squat or deadlift for a little while.

Well the back might still be stopping me from squatting or deadlifting but at least I can bench. 200 for a double is a nice pb, felt like I might have had 210 for a single.
