Squatted full gear in my fusion instead of trx, not 100% sure about it but I think I’ll wear it for provincials and see. They went well considering it’s been a long week a work and I came in tired.

Just a light squat today since I’m going full gear tomorrow. Bench was good, elbow is coming along.

Had to go back to work so that was the end of the workout. 255 no belt for a double is a pb though.

Squats didn’t feel great, but pause squats sometimes bug my low back. Deadlifts went good though.

Shirt went much better than last time, the right elbow still isn’t too happy but getting better.

Wore my fusion to squat in today. I find the hips are much tighter and it feels good. Have to see how it feels straps up.

Good workout, bench felt good but the elbow is still a pain.

Chest supported rows: (really controlled reps) 3×6@220.5/100

Deadlift suit felt good, deadlift in general is feeling good. I pulled 260 without a belt before tossing the suit on, I think that’s a pb.
