Easy deadlift workout, although the deficit pulls were a little tough, haven’t done them for a while so really forced my mobility to get into good position.

First single at 360 was a bit high so I took it again. I just did one of my drop sets as I was pretty tired by that point.

Deadlifts flew today, 320 is the most I’ve ever pulled in the gym and it was so easy I’m planning to open there.

Squats felt good tonight but again my right shoulder was bugging me so I skipped benching. I’m wondering if it’s speed deadlifts the day before flaring up my shoulder, might try to use straps next week so I don’t have to put this hand under.

Tried to scale everything back a bit to aid in recovery, feeling a bit beat up so this workout helped.

Hit a new pb on 2 board bench at 225. I think I used up all my energy cause 3 board was tough.
