It’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym, well a week which really does feel like a long time. Today was previously dynamic chest day, today we changed it up to a MM “Tuesday” and man was it harder than it looks:
Raw bench(index finger on rings):
275×3(new triple PR)
285×3(new triple PR)
295×3(new triple PR)
Decline bench(pinky on ring):
The bench we were using sucked and was rocking back and forth.
3,2,1 Board Press(pinky on ring):
Nine sets of this just burns you out, I was wiped out after this.
2 sets of 10… I dont know the weight, the tenth one was hard.
All in all a very good workout, we have a couple days of rest ahead of us before heavy leg day on saturday.
