Last Deadlift Week 13

Deadlifts(Sumo, no belt): 3×5@405/183.7
Front Squats: 5@225/102.1, 5@255/115.7, 5@275/124.7

Well the deadlifts were done light and quick and felt good. The front squats went as heavy as I ever have I think so 275 for 5 is a PR for me.
