Last heavyish bench workout, just one more light workout and I’m onto the meet. Everything feels good.

  1. Stinn, Looking strong going into this meet, nice to see all three of your lifts moving up nicely. Hopefully Jeff and Diane are already working on getting you to go to World’s next year, it would be a great experience for you.
