MM Chest Day

Wow, what a huge day. I don’t think I’ve worked out this hard for a long time. Because we will be skipping next weeks workouts due to the holidays we decided to go a little extra hard today.

Close Grip Bench Press(pinkies on rings):

That’s 27 sets, by far the toughest day we’ve had in a long long time. I’m a little disappointed I missed my 325 and 330 presses, I would have liked to had a new PR before taking a week off but sometimes it just isn’t there.
