Now that I’ve reached two of my three goals, and it not looking good to be able to hit the last one before year end with this knee, it’s time to plan out some new goals.
Goal: 365lbs by end of March, this is raw.
Summary: 40lbs in 3.5 months
Goal: 495lbs by end of April. My knee might slow me down on this but I’m hoping not.
Summary: 33lbs in 4.5 months. I maybe able to achieve more than this.
Goal: right now it’s 405lbs by year end, although not sure if that’ll work out. I’ll leave my goal at 405 for now, once I’ve reached it I will figure out a good weight/date to shoot for.
